Shipping Policy

By placing an order through the SEEDWAY, LLC Wildlife Genetics website, you agree to the terms outlined below. These policies are designed to ensure clarity, set mutual expectations, and protect both you and SEEDWAY, LLC throughout the ordering and shipping process.
1. Shipping Charges
- Orders under $150: A shipping and handling fee of $20 applies.
- Orders over $150 but less than a pallet: A shipping and handling fee of $15 applies.
- Freight Costs: Product prices do not include freight. After checkout, customers will receive an email with a custom freight quote based on order weight and shipping destination.
2. Shipping Restrictions
- P.O. Boxes: We do not ship to P.O. Boxes.
- Military Addresses: Due to the perishable nature of our products, we cannot ship to military addresses.
- Geographic Limits: Certain items may not be eligible for delivery outside the Continental U.S.
3. Order Processing and Dispatch
- Processing Time: Most orders ship within 1–2 business days.
- Shipping Hours: Our shipping team operates Monday to Friday, excluding national holidays.
4. Freight Quotes
- Freight is based on weight and location. After placing your order, we’ll email you a freight quote.
- A $10 placeholder fee may appear at checkout; this will be adjusted based on final shipping cost.
5. Payment Methods
- We accept Visa, MasterCard, Discover, American Express, money orders, and certified checks.
- COD (Cash on Delivery) is not accepted due to carrier fees and delays.
6. Sales Tax
- If you are tax-exempt, please ensure your exemption certificate is on file with us before placing your order.
7. Delivery Issues
- Damaged Shipments: If your package arrives damaged, please photograph the packaging and product, and email us at [email protected] with your order number and details.
- Delayed Deliveries: If your order takes longer than expected, contact us so we can investigate with the carrier.
